RAIN SENSOR ALERT!

A functioning rain sensor will turn your irrigation controller into an expert water manager by suspending the irrigation during times of sufficient rainfall. This helps conserve water, prevent disease and nutrient loss, reduces the need for additional fertilizer and pest control applications and increases the life span of your irrigation system. A functioning rain sensor is so important that it is also required by law (FL Statute 373.62). Typically, a rain sensor will last about 5 to 7 years before needing to be replaced. Land Shark Pest Control can install a new, wireless timer and help reduce over-watering in your landscape.
